After graduating college, I relocated to New York City and have been living here ever since. I have been at Astoria Periodontics & Implants for about a year and a half. I love the environment in this office. The girls are wonderful and the patients are wonderful. I love the relationships I build with people and their families. When I decided to become a dental hygienist it wasn’t just to make people’s smiles better, it was to educate them. I have learned so much in my years as a hygienist and I love to pass everything I learned on to others.

I am originally from Colombia, but I grew up in Queens. I have worked at Astoria Periodontics & Implants now for eight years. I enjoy working with Dr. Rupnarain because he creates an environment that is both professional and friendly. When patients arrive at the office it is my ultimate goal and responsibility to welcome them and make them feel comfortable and satisfied. Before each patient’s appointment, I call them to give them a personal reminder. I work hard around each patient’s schedule to find a convenient time to come into the office. I feel that coming to an office where patients can feel like the staff personally knows them and cares about them really makes a difference in their experience of coming to the dentist. I look forward to speaking with you, answering any questions you have and scheduling your appointment when it is most convenient. 🙂
